On arrival at Edinburgh Airport, please collect your baggage and proceed to the UK Arrivals area. Once there, please call us on 0131 333 0347 from your own phone and we will come and collect you (this number should be used for airport collection only). Alternatively, you can reach us via our courtesy phone located in the terminal by dialling 1312. The shuttle bus collection point is bus stop 1 in the coach park. Please note Bus Stop 1 sits on it’s own at the opposite side to the other bus stops in the coach park. If arriving in May, June, July or August, please make your way to the shuttle bus collection point at bus stop 1 in the coach park. Our shuttle bus is regular during the summer months, however, if you have waited 10 minutes or longer, please call us on 0131 333 0347.

Then proceed to the Avis car rental center which is a 5 minute walk away from terminal building. LOCAL RENTER: Follow all signs for Edinburgh airport once you come into the airport follow signs towards the terminal building. There is a round-about before the terminal with a Hilton Hotel on the right. At that round about turn RIGHT and there is a large 15 foot sign saying Car Rental Returns - follow all signs for car rental returns PREFERRED RENTER: Go straight to Avis cabin in car park. OUT OF HOURS: Return vehicle to car hire car park. Park in any available Avis/Budget and return keys to keybox located in front of the Avis/Budget cabin, on the left hand side.
