CARS: Parked in the garage connected to the Rent-A-Car building. RETURNS: Follow the car rental return signs to the car return area. Budget is the last car return entrance at the very end of the return area past all other car rental companies. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Accepted: Park & lock the car. If arriving before 4am take the completed contract & keys and drop off at the rental counter. Remember to take your personal belongings with you. The rental counter closes after the last flight comes in and re-opens at 5am.
