After picking up your luggage, without leaving the terminal, turn left and continue walking until you reach exit number 6. Once you exit the building, walk straight ahead, crossing the pedestrian crossing, and keep going straight to the end. Continue along the paved path and pass through a gate that will lead you to a parking area. On arrival at the Palma de Mallorca Airport terminal building and as soon as you leave the baggage collection area, exit into the Arrivals Hall. Proceed to the nearest lift and go up to the second (2nd) floor. Once you are on the second floor, exit the terminal building and turn right. Walk along the pavement, following the direction of the traffic, and cross the first pedestrian crossing which is between the gangway to the car park and the end of the terminal building. The complimentary Drivalia Mobility Store shuttle bus will meet you near the other side of that crossing and will promptly take you to our premises situated less than 2 miles away from the Terminal building. The shuttle service runs regularly throughout the day taking clients to and from the office and so if there is no bus on arrival don´t worry, it will be with you soon.

Our vehicles are delivered at our office near the airport, located in Polígono Son Oms, C/ Can Rius, 5, Palma. To find our courtesy bus: 1. Exit the arrivals terminal between doors B and C. 2. Walk along the conveyor belts toward the Parking building. 3. Cross the first pedestrian crossing with a traffic light, then turn left. 4. Walk 50 meters along the sidewalk to the next zebra crossing, where a black pedestrian path marked "Other VTC" begins. 5. Follow the path into the Parking building and continue until you see a red door with the sign "Abonats G." 6. When you are at the flight arrival area, you have to take the elevator up to the first floor, and just cross the street, the bus will be waiting for you on the right hand side (leaving the building). Once you exit the baggage claim area (1), without leaving the terminal building, turn left and go to the end of the hall (2).You’ll find our office on your left.In this office they’ll give you your rental agreement (3).Once you’ve obtained the rental agreement, leave the terminal Once you’ve obtained the rental agreement, leave the terminal (1) and cross the walkway towards the parking building opposite the terminal (2).Enter the building. The staircases to access the car park are just behind the cafeteria (3).Go up to floor 1.Access the interior of the car park through the door on the right (4).Once inside, turn left and you’ll find the Record go pick-up office. In this office, they’ll give you the keys to your vehicle.
