It takes 15 minutes for the representative of the rental car company to deliver the vehicle from the store to the airport, and the rental procedures will be done at the airport. Please note that if you are unable to leave the airport 10 minutes after the staff has paid the parking fee, any additional parking fees incurred will be borne by the customer.

Customers from the following countries can drive in the United Arab Emirates without an International Driving Permit (IDP): Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United States of America.All other customers must present a valid International Driving Permit together with their national driver's licence at the time of the rental.
